Find and organize workspaces

A workspace keeps a pattern with its inputs and operation. A saved workspace has a permalink that you can reopen or share.

Find saved work

  1. Sign in to the account where you saved or favorited the workspace.
  2. Open the section selector above the sidebar and choose Account.
  3. Find the workspace by its title or tags.
  4. Open the version you want to inspect.

Saving while signed in links your workspace to your account. An anonymous save instead provides an access link and deletion links. It does not automatically appear in your account history.

Add a title, tags, or a favorite

  1. Open Workspace actions on the account page, or Manage Workspace in a saved workspace.
  2. Select Edit Title and Tags.
  3. Enter a title such as Order ID extraction.
  4. Type a tag in Tags and select the option to add it.
  5. Select Save.

Select Favorite workspace in the same menu to add the workspace to your favorites. Select it again to remove the favorite.

Titles, tags, and favorites belong to your account's organization of the workspace. Changing them does not change what the regex matches. API and MCP integrations can also manage supported workspace metadata.

The synthetic cleanup example has a saved title and the docs tag. Personal titles and tags are visible only to you.
Edit Personal Title And Tags dialog with the title Documentation example: order cleanup and the saved docs tag.

Choose a version

A numbered permalink identifies a particular saved version. A link ending in /latest follows the newest version. A numbered link in a bug report continues to select the same version after later saves. In a saved workspace, open Current Version to choose another version from Workspace Versions.

Update Workspace saves another version of the same workspace. Fork Workspace starts a separate saved workspace from an existing one. Editing access depends on workspace ownership and locking.

Use the Community Library

The Community Library contains published entries with titles, descriptions, patterns, and examples. Search for a task, then open an entry to inspect its pattern, flavor, flags, and test input.

Publishing to the Library is separate from saving a permalink. It requires an account and publishes the example for others to discover. Library entries cannot use the private workspace setting. A saved access link can already expose its contents without a Library submission.
